[UPDATE] 13 July 2021 9:30 am: MoPH released the updated travel policy summary chart on 13 July 2021. According to the new chart, travelers who received COVID-19 vaccine recognized in Qatar coming from Red List countries are subjected to 10 days home quarantine.

The Ministry of Public Health announced that it has been decided to implement new procedures to ensure the continued facilitation of the entry process into the State of Qatar through its air, land, and seaports for travelers who have completed vaccination against the Coronavirus (COVID-19) with vaccines approved by the Ministry of Public Health in the State of Qatar, as of the date of 12 July 2021.
According to the MoPH's latest update on 8 July 2021, it states "If you received the COVID-19 vaccine recognized in Qatar with at least 14 days since the last dose up to 12 months, you are eligible to be quarantine-free. (This immunity period could be extended based on new and emerging data)"
6 countries that were mandatory for quarantine (even fully vaccinated) previously are not mentioned in the new update.

Travelers fully vaccinated with the above-specified *conditional vaccines will be subject to an antibody test on arrival if the result is positive with antibodies, exempted from quarantine; otherwise, the traveler must undergo applicable quarantine based on country of departure and perform COVID-19 PCR tests upon arrival.
Travelers must present an official vaccination certificate with a valid QR Code that includes the following information:
Travelers with symptoms will be tested as necessary as judged by the medical team at the ports.
Travelers who are unvaccinated, inoculated with vaccines not recognized in the State of Qatar, or who fall short of the 14 days vaccine administration period since the second dose will undergo:
