Ministry of Municipality and Environment (MME) announced that all beaches and parks in Qatar will remain closed to the public until further notice.

As of two days ago, Al Bidda Park has been closed as a precautionary measure against COVID-19. We called to confirm this news and were told about the closure by the park's management.

In relation to this news, several other parks in Doha have also been closed. Al Khor Park has also been temporarily shut down.

Oxygen Park was closed on 12th March.

Dahlul Hamam Park is also temporarily shut down.

Moreover, the Ministry of Municipality and Environment has closed play areas in all the parks.

MIA Park is also closed. The announcement came in today that all of the park's restaurants, cafes and play areas are closed. Read more here.

Sheraton/Hotel Park is open if you want to take a walk or jog. However, all restaurants and food kiosks are closed. Some of them are offering takeaways. Also, in line with the ministry's orders, the play area is also closed.

As of right now, this is the information we have in regard to all the parks in Doha. We will update this list as we get more news about this.
