To safeguard and support the community at The Pearl-Qatar, UDC has taken active preventive measures in light of the State of Qatar’s directives to contain the spread of the Corona virus (Covid-19), including:
- Closure of all communal amenities, including parks, playgrounds, gyms, mosques, prayer rooms, sports fields and facilities, swimming pools and the beach.
- Installation of hand sanitizer dispensers in residential buildings and all parks, public toilets and mosques.
- Sterilization of driveways, residential buildings and common areas.
- Posting of health and safety information and notices in all common areas and residential buildings.
- Inspection of all maintenance workers by ensuring the monitoring of their temperature and provision of their basic necessities as well as their temporary accommodation if needed.
