Profession Change in Qatar

At TrustLink, we provide PRO Services in Qatar including profession change in Qatar ID.

Employees who have changed jobs or career paths may apply to the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs to have the job titles on their ID cards amended. The list of documents which required:

1. Copies of authorized person and applicant IDs.
2. A copy of academic certificates accredited by authorized parties.
3. Attach a copy of the company’s Qatar Establishment Card, valid Qatar municipal license along with the applicant’s previous employment contract.
4. Attach three original copies of the new employment contract signed by both parties, and signature of authorized person.
5. Bank statement indicating his/her salary amount and statement of account for 6 months.

Documents required for Changing Qatar ID Profession (Residence):

1. Application Form for Profession Change
2. NOC & ID copy of the authorized signatory
3. ID copy of the applicant
4. Educational certificate with Qatar MOFA attestation
5. Certificate Translation in Arabic
6. Minimum Degree for Manager - Graduate
7. Existing Employment Contract
8. New Employment Contract (1 original + 3 copies) company stamped & signed by both parties
9. Valid Municipality License copy
10. Valid Qatar Commercial Registration copy
11. Electricity Bill (Applicant’s)
12. Salary Certificate from Company
13. Six months Bank Statement
