My name is Ryan McConnell. I operate as a Wellness Consultant/ Therapist here in Qatar under the sponsorship of the Rumaillah Group W.L.L. CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy)
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy is the most common therapy practiced by psychologists today. It involves a conversation-based approach that focuses on improving client by changing the way we think and behave. It is very useful at treating:

BWRT (Brain-Wave Recursion Therapy)
BWRT is used to treat underlying subconscious conditions. If you find yourself making the same mistakes over and over again even though you want to change this behaviour, it means you have reinforced these tendencies within the subconscious. In the event a client has repeated impulse issues, repeated fear responses or addictive tendencies, BWRT is extremely effective at treating these uncontrollable impulses.
In addition, BWRT is very good at changing the client’s personal perceptions of their life, other people and general external environment problems. It is therefore very useful at changing a person’s state of mind. This therapy is very rapid, usually completely altering the following issues within just a few hours (2-3 weeks of therapy):

I also offer an advanced BWRT therapy which focuses on client identity and issues achieving set goals. For example, having a poor image of one’s self leads to failure in achieving goals. By altering the subconscious thinking, we can greatly improve your self-image and thus allows you to achieve your full potential!
Exercise Program
I also offer a comprehensive and personalised exercise program to all clients, the key idea being that the symbioses between the mind and body is very powerful and is often overlooked. The exercise program first reviews the current fitness regime of the client and evaluates the personal goals set by the client. An increasingly rigorous schedule is then applied and undertaken by the client, which will allow them to achieve their fitness goals. This routine is not excessive in nature as those kinds of exercise routines are seldom followed by clients. Instead I look to construct a workout routine that the client is happy to adhere to and requires minimal time to complete. My workout program looks to operate as a lifestyle change being something all clients can adhere to and improve upon for years to come; all without feeling overwhelmed or over-trained.
Diet Program
Diet is approximately 65% of the work required to maintain a healthy lifestyle and weight. I therefore offer a nutritional program to all clients should they want it. However, I never propose radical temporary diets and much like my approach to exercise, instead I like to construct a diet that the client can adhere to for months and years to come. It should become your lifestly and thus not feel like a continous effort on your behalf. This usually involves having the client write down their food and drink intake for the last two weeks and identifying the problem foods in their diet. Through small alterations and replacements in their diet we can make noticeable improvements in your physique without compromising the food you eat and the enjoyment of your food.
Breathwork
The final aspect of my therapeutic approach involves control over the body’s oxygen content and ph. levels. It is important to note that all muscles in the body require oxygen and the higher the oxygen content in the red blood cells the better all muscles and organs function in the body. The brain too operates as a muscle and as such oxygen content effects thinking speed and mood. The breathwork I teach is based around the ‘Wim Hof’ methodology. It is extremely effective and requires approximately five minutes to conduct. The process allows people to hold their breath for more than twice as long as they usually could, boosting their energy and cognitive sharpness.
