Details:

The Siemens Tram Consortium (STC) is currently building the flagship Tram system, called People Mover System (PMS) for Qatar Education City (QEC) in Doha/Qatar. The People Mover System is the first low floor catenary-free tram system in the world. It uses a Hybrid Energy System (HES) which incorporates a combination of super-capacitors and batteries to power the tram between charging locations along the line.

Siemens is setting up the team to operate and maintain the system once completed and requires experienced Operations Personnel.

What are my responsibilities ?

• Liaise with SCM and coordinate with vendors for manpower interviews on site
• Collect and monitor relevant information and ensure all is up-to-date in the manpower mobilization log
• Prepare and submit project Manpower Reports to client
• Maintain project manpower and subcontractor distribution logs daily.
• Escalate manpower complaints/issues as required and sort-out related issues
• Follow up and consolidate project site work reports
• Compile and submit Daily Site Report to client
• Support time keeper on daily attendance tracking and assist with time sheet preparation
  

What do I need to qualify for this job ?

• High school diploma or equivalent, associate degree preferred
• At least 3 years of experience
• Strong coordination and good interpersonal skills
• Works well with others in an integrated team environment
• Has good attention to detail
• Customer focused
• Team player and result – orientated
• Good command of both spoken and written English language
• Excellent computer skills
