Do you love party planning and balloons? Are you passionate about the smallest details? Haflaty Store is a growing business seeking a motivated, outgoing person to join our team! We are looking for a full-time Retail Associate with a desire to be in a start-up environment.

We are looking for an enthusiastic person to manage the daily operations of our office including sales, customer relations and inventory management. The Retail Associate represents Haflaty Store’s brand and is tasked with fostering and maintaining a strong relationship with customers and key stakeholders.

The event-based nature of this position means that weekends is not uncommon and public holidays is required. Daily schedule and workload fluctuates depending on high seasons.


  • Responsible for coordinating the receiving, processing, and packaging of orders
  • Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are completed to client's and brand satisfaction
  • Assisting with gathering, loading, unloading and restocking items
  • Ensure inventory management standards are met and consistently maintained
  • Maintain exceptional product knowledge and inform customers on specifications and new products
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with customers and the community
  • Understand customer behavior and sales trends to provide input on store orders
  • Preparing reports and other documents relating to orders and deliveries
  • Facilitate requests for balloon styling services and assist with basic balloon preparations and installations as needed or directed on occasion
  • Adhere to and enforce professional business standards, policies and procedures
  • Assist when needed with fulfillment of others tasks of any type as needed


  • Takes initiative and ownership of tasks and projects
  • A valid Qatar driver’s license and good traffic record is preferred
  • High school Diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills, highly organized and self-motivated
  • Ability to develop, build and deliver excellent customer service and relationships
  • Basic knowledge of retail operations or office management experience preferred
  • Posses computer skills and able to work with online apps
  • Follow directions and perform all tasks as needed
  • Able to work without supervision when required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic or English
  • Must be flexible to work weekends and on public holidays if required
