A private family in Doha is looking to hire a Residence Manager to work full-time at their private residence. The Residence Manager will not live with the family but will come at specific times during the day.
The family is looking for someone who will do the following:
- The Employee is hired as the Residence Manager with duties including; supervising staff;
- assisting with planning menus;
- purchasing food/goods including shopping as necessary;
- serving or assisting with serving as the occasion demands;
- maintaining a clean work area, including areas of food preparation, representation, personal and storage areas;
- coordinating matters concerning invitations, guest lists, etc.;
- providing for attractive presentation of events, including decorations, flowers, etc.;
- ensuring the physical upkeep of the residence; preparing documentation for vouchers;
- coordinating catered events.
- Organizing preparations for outdoor events;
- working with gardeners as necessary;
- performing an accounting of the Residence expenses;
- overseeing the scheduling of leave for the Residence staff;
- and performing other related duties as assigned by the Employer.
- The employee shall work at the direction of the Employer or the authorized representative.
Requirements
- Languages: Good working knowledge of English
- Experience: 3+ Years of Experience
Position Compensation
- Basic Salary: QAR 8,000 Monthly
- Housing Allowance: QAR 5,567
- Monthly
Transportation allowance QAR 455 Monthly
