Work Responsibilities:

• Scheduling of Project Engineering Execution Plan, Preparing project deliverables register.
• Managing Technical Engineering issues.
• Liaising with all concerned disciplines, follow-up for preparation of engineering documents, drawings and deliverables.
• Control of design changes, clarification of Engineering and technical documents.
• Review of all technical documents/ drawings before submission to client.
• Implementing Quality Control in Engineering and Design Documents and Drawings.
• Control and monitor the Engineering progress through weekly meetings and 2 weeks look ahead program for Engineering & Project Execution.
• Preparing Reports, Technical Clarifications/ Queries and alternative engineering proposals.
Desired Candidate Profile:

• Applicant shall hold a BSc. Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering discipline from a reputable University. Preferably UPDA approved.
  
• A Minimum of 10 to 15 years of experience, of which at least 5 years must have been in a senior design role including a successful track record of managing the engineering & design of projects.
  
• Previous working experience in Oil & Gas projects in Middle East will be an added advantage.
  
• Good communication, interpersonal and organizational skills along with excellent command of the English language are essential.
  
• Good understanding of ISO 9001-2015 standards, International Engineering Codes, NFPA standards and Local standards(QCS, QCDD and Kahramaa).
  
• Experience in the use of Microsoft Office software such as Word and Excel is required.
