About Your Job: Administration Assistant will provide administrative support for the section and assist in improving the efficiency of various existing work functions including handling of confidential issues which require a high degree of discretion. You will be responsible for all administrative duties as required by management which will include maintaining staff records, dealing with correspondence/calls and coordinating all meeting and travel arrangements. You will handle wide variety of tasks involving the clerical and administrative functions.

About You: You must have a relevant tertiary, trade or vocational qualification or equivalent with minimum 3 years of job related experience in administrative role within a multicultural environment. You have advance knowledge of MS Office suite and have excellent language communication skills, both spoken and written. You should be confident and can work independently with minimum supervision.
