In Qatar, when someone keeps distance, it's because we're respecting your personal space. Having said that, start a conversation with a Qatari and you'll be chatting like you've been friends for ages! What's it like in your country? Side note: if someone passes the cue, make sure to let them know how rude they are. It doesn't matter where someone's from, manners are manners.
