Based in Mexico, Chef Ana has brought her culinary expertise to Qatar: whipping up an exclusive 4-course menu for the 'Flavours of Mexico' week at The St. Regis Doha’s Astor Grill.

As special guest of Qatar Airways and the Embassy of Mexico, this vivacious chef has created a taste-bud tingling meal using classic Mexican ingredients combined with some surprising Arabic influences. It's a vibrant menu full of traditional flavours and locally-sourced produce – a true fusion of two cultures.

In this week's exclusive episode of MBG, Chef Ana gives a masterclass for one of the most popular dishes on the planet – Caesar salad! (Did you know the classic Caesar salad was invented in Mexico? Neither did I!). Time to get cooking in the kitchen!
