The President of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdoğan is in Qatar with his delegation to discuss bilateral relations with His Highness the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, according to reports.
Erdoğan is currently on a diplomatic tour in the GCC that aims to resolve the differences that have arisen from the recent Qatar crisis. The Turkish President has already visited Saudi Arabia and Kuwait as part of his tour.
Turkey has been a steadfast supporter of Qatar during the Saudi-led blockade, sending over their troops as well as local Turkish goods and products. You can find Turkish products and goods at almost every local supermarket and grocery store in Qatar, such as Al Meera, Carrefour, and even Lulu.
