Fitness Simplified with Crunch Doha at Fraser Suites

Crunch Doha, Qatar’s First Transformation Club, welcomed social media influencers for its fitness simplified workshop held at Fraser Suites fitness club. This came as part of Crunch’s mission to advocate a fitness-oriented lifestyle while also generating buzz amongst the Qatari community.

With a series of exciting activities planned to motivate bloggers for a healthier, more energetic lifestyle, the event started with a welcome note from Event Manager, Annika Ekamba followed by an interactive and informative discussion on nutrition, fitness and health from the founder of Crunch Doha, Nuwaid Pocker.

Besides the conversations, the workshop also included a “Pump it Up” session with Nuwaid who’s also Crunch’s programme designer. He demonstrated what it’s like to experience just how much fitness can be simplified with a Crunch workout session that’s high in energy and momentum to encourage bloggers to participate and then opened the floor for guests who had any questions. The evening came to an end and guests didn’t leave empty handed, exciting giveaways.

During the session, Nuwaid stressed on the importance of focusing on what we want rather than  what we don’t, since this becomes the main drive to achieve. He also mentioned that success is not defined by the life conditions we are in, but what actions we take in those conditions.

Nuwaid Pocker has been a fitness enthusiast from a very young age and has an extensive understanding of anatomy and nutrition. Within 12 weeks, he shed his own body fat to under 7% and took up the mission to help residents of Doha get fitter and healthier.
