Aspire Zone Foundation (AZF) has recently opened the doors to sports enthusiasts in Qatar to take part in the “Splash and Dash” programme as part of AZF’s wider commitment to promote a healthy lifestyle and encourage individuals to exercise and stay fit during the summer.

Now in its third year, the programme offers participants the use of Aspire Dome’s swimming pool and Indoor Athletics Track from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm on Mondays and Wednesdays through the end of September.
Registration is available for families, including six years of age and up, via www.lifeinaspire.com or onsite at the main entrance to the Dome.

Registration will be on a first come first serve basis, noting that both the track and swimming pool can accommodate up to 80 participants per session.
This event is the latest example of Aspire Zone’s programme of indoor fitness initiatives, reflecting the organisation’s continuous efforts to support and sustain a healthy population by providing facilities and organising a variety of year-round, community-focused sports activities. (Source)
