Al khaliji crosses landmark milestone in Qatarization ambitions

Al Khalij Commercial Bank (al khaliji) Q.S.C, recently marked a record milestone for its continuous efforts to attract local talents and future leaders, the bank has achieved a 100% of its Qatarization goals and objectives across its expanding network of branches within the State of Qatar. This initiative comes in line with the bank’s commitment to align itself with Qatar National Vision 2030.

 

Currently, all of al khaliji network branches are under the leadership and guidance of Qatari branch managers. This further consolidates al khaliji’s deep commitment to enabling local talent to take a more active role in shaping the future of the bank. Our management team is thus able to better accommodate the needs of Premium and Private Banking clients.

Commenting on this achievement, Fahad Al Khalifa, al khaliji’s Group Chief Executive Officer said:

“We are proud to announce that al khaliji has achieved its main objective in reaching 100% Qatarization of management positions across all of our branches, and this is in line with al khaliji’s Board of Directors recommendation.  The bank strives to hire and retain qualified Qatari nationals who can represent the bank and its commitment to recognizing local talent.  Currently, all of our branches are under the guidance and leadership of Qatari nationals”.
