Shangri-La Hotel Doha are set to wow diners with their all new Shangtastic Brunch. Bigger, better and incorporating its three main restaurants under one roof, this popular Friday Brunch is set to be a family-friendly feast. Launching on Friday 8 December, and kick starting the festive season, the new Shangtastic Brunch brings together Fuego, Sridan and Santorini, to offer an abundance of international cuisines within Sridan’s lively Souk du Soleil setting.

Greek restaurant Santorini, and Argentinian steakhouse Fuego, join forces with Sridan’s exciting live cooking stations to offer guests a global gastronomic tour. Diners can enjoy Western BBQ favourites; delicious dishes from India and Southeast Asian; authentic Argentinian meats and ribs cooked on the asado; Mediterranean seafood and chilled lobster; Moroccan pastilla; Arabic ouzi; Greek moussaka; European artisanal cheese; and so much more.

Kids and adults alike will be thrilled with the new live sweet corner, which serves up theatrical dishes such as the flaming crepe suzette, and nitrogen ice lollipops with their impressive vapour cloud along with traditional favourites such as Eton mess, Bakewell tart and eclairs. There’s also a wide variety of cocktails on offer: from Bloody Marys to Mimosas you’ll find a drink that complements your chosen cuisine.
