"You can catch more flies with honey than with vinegar"

Greetings, I would like to make an observation of what I read on these sites about Qatar. First of all, there are many complaining about this and that, and I have to say I also see their points of frustration, but I have come to an understanding that by only complaining, nothing changes, am I right? I was told once one of my past managers, that if a person doesn't like a work policy / description, because its not working for them, then you better present a policy suggestion that you think will work or remain quiet. How about all of us giving suggestions on the issues that we think are unfair or inhuman? Isn't it better to try and guide Qatar into a brighter future, rather than discourage them with all of our complaints and criticism? Here's an old saying; "You can catch more flies with honey than with vinegar",meaning-that it is easier to persuade people if you use polite arguments and flattery than if you are confrontational. I am guilty of complaining about things I do not like about Qatar, but I have changed to a more positive way of thinking now.
