Food Test to discover what's right for you

Many of us have trouble either losing or gaining weight. Even though we don't eat much and we follow the general theme of healthy eating (Veggies, fish, low carbs..etc). However, you need to keep in mind that each of our bodies, like a fingerprint, have different reactions to all possible foods and their combinations.
If you feel discomforted by certain foods, or that you're attempting to change your weight with no success, a food test is a good place to start understanding your body. Remember, there are certain foods that my body has no problem digesting and I get the full nutrients from them, but your body may not accept them as well causing you to gain/lose unnecessary weight.
