About the event

Executive Pastry Chef Jerome Bertoumieux introduces the art and tradition of good chocolate.

The class is followed by your enjoyment of rich chocolate fountain, mousse, spread, scones, choux, tart, truffles, brownies and fudge. All served with a selection of Briselet Nougatine strawberries, Italian pastries, scones and more!

Every Tuesday from 3:00pm to 5:30pm
QAR 75 per person including booklet of recipes.
