We are looking to hire an individual who must be qualified to manage all the Human Resources requirements of the Main Branch Company in Qatar and also set-up a new Human Resources Company in Qatar and Philippines.

Position Required: HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER

Salary & Benefits:
$ 2,000-3,000/month Tax Free (Includes basic salary and housing allowance). Plus Yearly Medical and Medicine Allowance for use at Governmental Hospitals. Plus Yearly Return Air-Ticket Allowance from Doha to Home Country. Plus Private car for personal and official use. Plus 1.5% commission on yearly net profit. Plus End of Service Benefit of latest 3 weeks’ basic salary multiplied by the number of complete years’ service.

Probation Period: 06 Months
Contract Duration: Indefinite
Working Hours: 8 hours/day from Saturday to Thursday
Vacation: 21 days/year paid leave
Education: Masters Degree in Human Resources.
Years of Experience: Minimum 10 Years
Nationality: Philippines

Duties:
• Identify and advice the Human Resources needs prior to the implementation of any new business.
• Advice, manage, operate and incorporate a new Human Resources/Recruitment business in Qatar and Philippines. Generate new ideas to increase efficiency of existing processes.
• Maintains Employee Records with updated and other pertinent information, as needed.
• Maintains human resource staff job results by counselling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
• Oversees special events/activities/trainings for staff by coordinating committees and schedules.
• Hiring process by coordinating job posting on Web site, reviewing resumes, performing telephone interviews and reference checks.
• Review and/or prepare job descriptions and job classification for compliance.
• Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
• Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counselling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analysing exit interviews; recommending changes.
• Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
• Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counselling employees and supervisors.
• Maintains employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends; recommending benefit programs to management; directing the processing of benefit claims; obtaining and evaluating benefit contract bids; awarding benefit contracts; designing and conducting educational programs on benefit programs.
• Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records; representing the organization at hearings.
• Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
• Maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
• Completes human resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
• Maintains human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
• Maintains human resource staff job results by counselling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
• Developing with line managers HR planning strategies which consider immediate and long-term staff requirements;
• Advising on staff development
• Matching candidates to jobs to build a pool of potential applicants
• Providing staff training and development
• Counselling staff about any problems they may have, either at work or personally
• Oversee employee services such as health and safety as well as sports and social facilities
• Plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward Company goals.
• Analyze the skills, qualities and numbers required for each particular job and develop job descriptions and duty statements Advertise staff vacancies, assess applications, interview applicants, administer selection tests, prepare reports and make recommendations to management about staff appointments
• Perform other duties as assigned and be ready and willing to do what it takes to get the job done.
