· Assist with the development of our recruitment strategy, policy and procedures, coordinate all recruitment activities.

· Responsible for building and maintaining international candidate pool for the high volume recruitment required.

· Oversee placement of job postings, sourcing candidates, screening or initial review and recommends prospective for employment.

· Facilitate applicants through each stage of the interview process and communicate with appropriate hiring manger on a regular basis regarding status of applicants. Building positive relationships with partners and promoting our values.

· Comply with all government authority laws and company policies regarding recruitment and selection processes.

· Coordinate background checks and pre-employment screening on candidates

· Meet w/ HR manager & recruiting team regularly to discuss current and future talent requirements, hiring status, strategies & issues.

· Ensure that all required paperwork is completed appropriately during application of employment and pre-deployment stages.



Þ Strong Staffing/Recruitment experience with at least 3 years solid experience.

Þ Requires a bachelor’s degree preferred

Þ Appropriate tact in communicating with candidates and employees.

Þ Excellent business writing and verbal communication skills

Þ Clear understanding of the end to end recruitment lifecycle processes.

Þ Must have experience in mapping and sourcing from multiple sources.

Þ Proficient computer Skills, organizational skills, analytical skills

Þ Self-starter, with positive attitude,  confident and passionate at work.
