Minimum 2 training sessions per week.

QR 300 per 1 hour session (individual sessions or below 10 sessions)

Personal Training includes: fitness test, body measurements, discussion of fitness related goals and plan on implementation, moral and emotional support with regards to eating and training.

Packages:

15 sessions         QR3 900 (QR260 per session)

10 sessions         QR2 850 (QR285 per session)

One month nutrition plan (includes body assessment & eating plan)       QR300
