About Your Job:

This role is responsible for enabling a well-organized day-to-day administrative support operation by supporting the QR Medical Centre Team and Qatar Airways User Groups in Doha in a systematic way to quickly and efficiently accomplish general office activities in a timely, safe, and economical manner.

The ideal candidate will process, update, and maintain various staff records, database, diary and manuals in the department . One will be responsible for processing confidential medical records at the same time , you will be responsible for welcoming patients professionally on arrival to the medical centre enquiring on services required and arranging appointments and services in QRHMS system. Providing excellent customer service by guiding patients to the respective doctors room or waiting area. Receiving /Answering telephone calls/enquiries and ensure that messages are taken clearly and delivered promptly. Monitoring office/pantry supplies consumption and preparation of requisition to replenish and maintain sufficient supplies for the smooth flow of office operations. Ensuring 5 star housekeeping standards are maintained at the reception area at all times.

One will be expected  to assist in the response to any emergency or major operational disruption affecting Qatar Airways or its subsidiaries, including the support of the Qatar Airways Special Assistance Program. Ultimately perform other related duties as assigned for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the work unit, including the registration of Amiri staff in QRHMS and assist in obtaining invoiced for services rendered. You will assist the higher management in compiling detailed reports if investigation is required with any medical facilities related certificates /or any other queries.

 

About You:

You hold a Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent professional qualification in any subject with minimum 2 years of job related experience. A Nursing experience will be an added advantage.

You should also have experience working with Oracle systems and Hospital management systems preferably in a multinational airline or hospitality organisation. You must have intermediate or higher knowledge on MS Excel, Word, and administrative, secretarial training. Fluent in English language, both written and oral, Arabic language will be an advantage.

We are looking for someone who can work independently with no minimum or no supervision at the same time be part of a team with a positive attitude. You should be someone with good organisational and interpersonal skills, ability to communicate at all levels of organisation and conduct research and interpret data. One who can work under pressure to maintaining professional ethics and willing to adopt new technology.
