About Your Job:

In the role as a Manager Facilities Projects, you would be responsible for providing in-depth expertise in civil / mechanical engineering discipline providing real time solutions and fixes in technical areas of Facilities Management and Maintenance. You will have to review project plans, design and construction for quality and consistency, read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and computer-generated reports. You will prepare or present reports, such as bid proposals, deeds, environmental and impact statements.

You will provide technical advice regarding design, construction, or program modifications and structural repairs to management and key stake holders particularly for improvement projects in existing facilities and direct or participate in surveying layout of installations and establish reference points, grids, elevations to guide construction and assist in preparation of RFT documents. You would inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications, safety and statutory regulatory standards and also direct the construction, operations, and maintenance activities at the project site.

You will Manage the project process including: estimating costs, obtaining capital project request approvals, managing projects within established budgets, and implementing projects within timelines and review project plans, designs and construction drawings for quality and consistency ensuring the same confirms to technical standards.


About You:

You should be holding a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering discipline with 6 -7 Years of experience in a similar position and capacity in an FM environment.  You need to be well versed with all the local statutory regulations pertaining to civil / MEP discipline and have a good theoretical and practical knowledge on the same.

You should have excellent project management skills with ability to deliver projects within tight timelines and have in depth knowledge of property management principles, procedures and standards.  You should have excellent communication skills both oral and written, well developed analytical and problem solving skills with strong people management and leadership skills.
