We've got a fantastic opportunity for you to join us as a Club InterContinental  Manager.
 
As Club Floor Manager, you will be Responsible to oversee and direct all aspects of the Club Floor, ensures efficient, warm and friendly service fostering excellent customer relations and service recovery.
 
1.      Provide feedback and make recommendation on improvement to the operation.
2.      Be in attendance throughout a full house situation and ensure all routines are followed through and due out are cleared.
3.      Evaluate the performance of subordinates in accordance to the prevailing personnel policy.
4.      Routine check on early departure and late arrival counts for the forthcoming day and ensure that reception is fully staffed.
5.      Disseminate important operations information to immediate subordinates and relevant departments as well as follow-up through discussions on assignment given to them.
6.      Attend cross functional meetings to eliminate or reduce challenges faced by all departments as well as to reduce the "wide gaps."
7.      In the absence of the front Office Manager, take full responsibility and accountability for the Club Floor.
8.      Involve and assist in recruiting and selecting Club Floor personnel.
9.      Maintains complete and readily accessible files and records necessary for effective operation and future reference.
10.  Constant checks on the appearance, grooming and uniform of the staff and make recommendations to rectify and correct such appearance on all staff. Candidate also makes appropriate suggestions to improve staff training.
11.  Log all irregularities in the Logbook especially any unusual occurrences such as incidents, thefts, emergencies and blackouts, for the front Office Manager to bring to the attention of the Management.
12.  Coordinate and work closely with the Security Department with regards to any criminal act within the resident or suspicious guest.
13.  Coordinate with all departments concerned on VIP arrivals, and guest with special request, to see that all requests are met.

14.  Develop and maintain good employee relations through intelligent interpretation and conscientious application of Club Floor personnel policies.

Qualifications
Qualifications and Technical skills:
 
Ideally, you'll have some or all of the following qualifications and experience we're looking for:
 
·         Managerial experience of Club Floor in a 5 star hotel is prefered.
·         Good knowledge of Food & Beverage Service.
·         Good knowledge of Front Office operations,
·         Knowledge of Opera is preferable.
·         Excellent communication skills in English
·         Enjoys working as part of a team, friendly, smiling and able to handle stress
